Differences Between Purchasing Spreads and Subscriptions
Purchasing Spreads
The specific number of spreads is recommended by AI. Once purchased, the spread is only valid for that particular divination session.
Subscription
By becoming a weekly/monthly/yearly member, members can perform divination 20 times daily without any restrictions on the number of spreads.
Differences Between Single Card Spreads and Other Spreads
Single Card Spreads
Single card spreads are currently available for free for a limited time. They are suitable for simple queries like "yes or no" or "daily fortune" but are not appropriate for more complex questions such as "fortune over the next three months" or "career development."
Other Spreads
Depending on the complexity and type of the question, AI will recommend an appropriate spread to provide a more comprehensive interpretation.
Differences Between Physical Card Drawing and Online Card Drawing
Physical Card Drawing
Users draw tarot cards in real life and select the corresponding cards (including upright and reversed) on Quin for interpretation.
Online Card Drawing
The entire process from asking questions to shuffling, drawing, and interpreting the cards is completed on the Quin platform.

Refund Policy
iOS
You may request a refund, but this process is entirely controlled by Apple. Please follow these steps:
- Visit the Apple login page.
- Log in with your Apple ID.
- Click "Request a Refund" in the report.
Select Quin and submit your request.
To cancel an active subscription, go to Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions on your device, select the Quin app, and choose to unsubscribe.
Android & Web
Please provide your payment receipt (which can be found in your email) or your email address.
With this information, we can initiate the refund process.
Subscription Cancellation
Subscriptions must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period or trial.
- iOS
- Go to Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions.
- In the active subscriptions list, select the Quin app and choose "Unsubscribe."
- Android & Web
- Navigate to Quin Settings → Subscription Management → Unsubscribe.
